New service and service development proposals

This guidance is for organisations and individuals proposing or intending to set up new Supporting People services for vulnerable people. Barnet Council welcomes such proposals. The need for new services is normally identified by organisations like Barnet Council, Adult Social Services or the Housing Department, but providers can also have an important part to play.
