StepForward's Benningfield Court service provides supported housing to young people in a purpose-built block of flats. Regular visiting support is offered by StepForward's support team.

Young mothers who would benefit from daily support in a safe setting to develop the confidence and skills to live independently.
Special Requirements and Limitations:
Single young mothers aged 16-25 only. Vacancies occur infrequently.
Support Period:
Two years (Move-on opportunities are available for tenants when ready to move to more independent housing with floating support).
Charging:
No charge (Housing Benefit is available to help with the rent for the accommodation).
