Hornsey Housing Trust offers floating support for people with housing-related problems or who are having difficulty managing their homes. The service provides friendly, confidential support and help with all kinds of practical tasks. The service can also help you find other services if you have specialist needs.
Accommodation Details:
Does not provide housing or other accommodation, although it can support you to find a place to live if you want to move home.
Service suitable for:
People with physical or sensory impairment who would like support with housing problems or who is finding it difficut to cope at home.
