Hornsey Housing Trust offers floating support for older people with housing-related problems or who are having difficulty managing their homes.
The service provides friendly, confidential support and help with all kinds of practical tasks.
The service can also help you find other Supporting People services, for example sheltered housing if you want to move, as well as other services if you have specialist needs.
Accommodation Details:
This service does not provide housing or other accommodation, although it can support you to find a place to live if you want to move home.
Service suitable for:
Any older person who would like support with housing problems or who is finding it difficut to cope at home.

The service is intended to provide support for up to two years.
