The Lifeline alarm service helps people to stay safe and confident in their own homes. If you have an accident at home but cannot reach the phone, you can contact the Lifeline Alarm Centre by using a personal alarm which you can wear or keep in your pocket.
This will activate an alarm signal to the Lifeline Alarm Centre which will take immediate action in response. This could include phoning a neighbour or relative (if you have agreed to this) or sending a member of staff to your address.
The Lifeline Alarm System is provided by Barnet Homes under a contract with Barnet Council and is staffed every day around the clock.
