Umbrella provides supported housing in four locations, with support staff based on site in two of the locations. The service provides frequent visiting support including weekends, with a call-out service available at all times.

People with mental health problems, who misuse substances and have offending histories. This is a specialist service for people with complex issues and risk behaviours who are willing to engage with the service.
Special Requirements and Limitations:
Single people only (vacancies do not become available often).
Support Period:
Medium-term supported housing for one to two years (Move-on opportunities are available for tenants who would like to move to more independent housing).
Charging:
There is a charge for the support service but help is available for people who are unemployed or on low income (Housing Benefit is also available to help with the rent for the accommodation).
