Description:
Cherry Tree Housing Association provides rented accomodation, with a regular visiting support service. A call-out service is available to respond to emergencies. 
Accommodation Details:
Four houses provide rented accommodation for three to six people. Each tenant has their own room, with shared kitchen and bathroom facilities. There are four self-contained one bedroomed flats. 
Area/short postcode:
Hendon, Edgware and Finchley 
Service suitable for:
People with mental ill-health able to live independently with low-level visiting support.  
Special Requirements and Limitations:
Single people only (vacancies are rare) 
Support Period:
Long-term supported housing (Move-on opportunities are available for tenants who would like to move to more independent housing). 
Charging:
There is a charge for the support service but help is available for people who are unemployed or on low income. Housing Benefit is also available to help with the rent for the accommodation.
