How the Service Directory works
To find a service to suit your needs, please follow the three simple steps:
- Select from the list of ‘primary need’ groups. This is the type of person the service is for, like older people, young people or disabled people.
- The next list is broken up into services specifically for the ‘primary need’ group you have selected and also a list of services for everyone.
- Select one of the services listed. Here you will see the full entry for service you have chosen.
Each entry gives you information about the service, the types of accommodation provided (if any), the area or postcode that the services provide to and who the service is suitable for.
It also deals with any special requirements, how long the support is offered for, whether there is a charge, the number of people the service can help at one time and the contact details for the service.
