Barnet Mencap provides shared housing, with support staff based on site Monday-Friday. A call-out service is available to respond to emergencies.

There are 3 houses, each providing rented accommodation for 4-6 people. Each tenant has their own room with shared kitchen and bathroom facilities.

People with learning disabilities who would like support to gain the confidence and skills to live independently in a shared house setting.

Single people only
Support Period:
Long-term supported housing, normally for two years or longer. Move-on opportunities are available for tenants who would like to move to more independent housing with floating support.
Charging:
There is a charge for the support service but help is available for people who are unemployed or on low income (Housing Benefit is also available to help with the rent for the accommodation).
