National Mencap provides supported housing in a purpose-built block of flats. Support staff are based on site and offer daily support, including weekends, with night cover.

Special Requirements and Limitations:
Vacancies do not occur frequently.
Support Period:
Long-term supported housing, normally for at least two years (Move-on opportunities are available for tenants who would like to move to more independent housing with floating support).
Charging:
There is a charge for the support service but help is available for people who are unemployed or on low income (Housing Benefit is also available to help with the rent for the accommodation).
